“Don't buy from this China business. I tried to return a jacket that had runs in the material on both sides of the jacket. I spent over a half hour with customer service sending them pictures of the faulty workmanship and told me they would only give me 20% off my next purchase. I would have to be insane e to purchase anything else from them. I have read numerous other complaints against them. I wish I would have investigated them before making my purchase.”
“I ordered four sweaters on November 23Rd, as of today, December 17th. The website does not even show my three items as processing. I have spoke to customer service twice with the same answer they will urge my package to be sent to me. I asked for a refund for the three remaining items since they were Christmas presents and they will not be here in time for Christmas. Neither customer service rep could answer my questions about the refund or when exactly my items will be shipped. The only answer they could give me was soon. The first customer service rep said that they I would be receiving an email within 24 hours regarding my request for a refund one week later I still don’t have the email. When I called today, the customer service rep said that I would get a response to my email within 12 hours, and shocker. I haven’t gotten the email, I am very upset and will never order from this company again! So, if you have a timeframe that you need items shipped, please beware that you’re not gonna get them in time.”

Put in a ticket, the response on the ticket, just indicates the link to process the return. Did an email, same circle response. Also did a live chat, the agent can't help, the are just an person that takes information and provides the same circle response. The clothes are cute and there were many items that I had my eye on, but the customer service and after sale is totally impossible. So I have an item, paid for that can't be worn. 2 days, no resolution from this company. So very sad and frustrating for their customers. I was so hoping for better to no avail.”

“I ordered my items and they immediately received a payment and didn't ship within 1-3 days as the website promised. Matter of fact they had my money for 5 days before the items were even shipped. I order my items over a month ago and I still have not received my items. When I contacted the company, I was told the post office has your items and should be delivered within 3 days. That was June 1. I live 3 blocks from my post office. I will be rejecting the package when it gets here, and I have contacted my bank to request a full refund as I am "guaranteed" that by Modlily website.”
