“I ordered three items on the same date. When I tried to return them I was given a discounted price first and then charged for postage. I understand the postage charge but not the discounted price! Also one item was not able to be returned apparently due to clearance, but I never saw a clearance post when I ordered it. Both dresses and a pair of shorts were ordered according to their size chart, and are too big. I have ordered swimsuits before and they are sized appropriately. I’ve been happy with the materials and items received. I will not ever order clothing other than swimsuits from Modlily again since they appear a lot nicer in their pictures than they are in reality.”

“Ordered several swimsuits, dresses, shirts and jewelry for a cruise. It took 4 weeks to get one swim suit. The rest of the order still hasn’t arrived 7 weeks later. Today is March 14, 2026. I sent in a request via chat box, they are saying the remaining 13 items are going to be in 3 different packages and gave me 3 different dates in April that they will be shipped. We will see. Our cruise was last week. Maybe I’ll have the rest before the summer starts. I will never order from this company again.”

“Horrible company to deal with! I ordered 4 suits on January 19th to go on vacation on Feb 1st. None of them arrived in time. I went on another vacation on Feb 26th and still only ONE had arrived. That's over 5 weeks from order date. I ended up cancelling the other three as after my TWO vacations, they were still in a "pending" status. Then they only wanted to give me a credit to use later! “I ordered a bunch of bathing suits one was completely defective you could not get the clasp undone. I requested an even exchange. I liked the bathing suit. took pictures uploaded the problem with the bathing suit. "The Companies response "Could you please try applying a bit more force when opening it?" Um I am built like a she HULK that is not the problem with the clasp. After reading all of these reviews I wished I had never ordered from this company. The quality is poor, and difficult return process. Stay away.”
“I placed an order on January 27th. I was give. A tracki g number which indicated that the order was returned to merchant with no explaination.
When I contacted their customer service on February 28th , I was told they would reship my order by the 4th of March. Well the order has yet to ship and now they are saying that my order will arrive in April. I have requested a full refund but they are giving me the run around. Please save yourself a lot of headaches and don’t waste your money ordering from them. Now I will have to involve my cc.”

“I placed an order. It says they will ship in 2 to 3 days. It’s been two weeks. They have not even shipped yet. It says it’s processing. I asked them four days ago. What’s going on with my order and they said they will expedite it and that I will receive it and the dates they gave me were already passed tense, which I thought was funny and it’s still sitting in processing. I tried to talk to customer service. It was a ridiculous conversation. She never answered my question. She just kept giving me answers to questions I’ve never asked so who knows if I’ll ever get the suits if I’ll even like them at this point and it’ll be too late anyway.”
“I really like their some of their clothes, however last year I bought 2 swimsuits and neither fit right. I got their return label and sent them back, the refunded me for one suit and only half for the other saying it was damaged and smelled. First off if it smelled I wouldn't have even tried it on and second I only tried the top to see if it fit. It's really to bad because they do have some cute things”

“I would give them a 0 if I could, first time I ordered something waited 3 months never got it! Like an idiot I ordered again, bordered a burgundy dress, when it came it was a green/white/ and black dress and was the ugliest dress I have ever seen. I tried to get a return label for it with no luck, now they won’t even answer my emails! So I guess they just send you what they want if they not have your size.
