“These folks are scammers. I too, like most on here, ordered bathing suits that said you'd receive 7 to 10 days. It's been 5 weeks and I haven't seen them yet. I've asked for my money back and they offered 25% store credit. I said no but they still haven't returned any money nor have I received a delivery. Today their website appears to be down. Hopefully not for good and I still have a chance at getting my money back. Please...stay away. Try Cupshe!”
“I purchased three items from Modlily and they kept saying that my address was incorrect.I replied over and over but they sent me the same email back 15 times to say my address was incorrect.They cancelled my order but were just giving me a voucher for any future orders.I told them I would never be buying from them again and that I would like a refund immediately otherwise I would have to report them to Paypal”

“They charged my credit card 33 days before the merchandise arrived by the time it arrived. I no longer needed it because my vacation was over and when I returned it, they charged me $10 to return it. They should have told me it was going to be over a month before the merchandise was delivered when I placed the order they even sent me an email promising it was gonna arrive on February 17 and it didn’t arrive until March 16”
“I placed an order for a buy three get one free. When I returned two of the items to exchange for two that would be more flattering on me, I had to pay more even though the exchange items were the same price. So, you lose the free item if you want to exchange. Then I had to call to ask where my exchange items were when I still hadn’t received them. They hadn’t even been sent after waiting for weeks. I will never do business with this company again.”

Not all Ordered items get delivered.
Deliveries are split up and items missing and company refuses to refund items not received.
Quality is substandard. Fit is Not true to size.

“Modlily and sites like them offer clothing items that often look well-made and flattering on their website but are actually made with synthetic materials and lack even the simplest detailing, like a hem, to give clothing a finished look. Then, when you dare to return the items they charge a shipping fee, which is usually substantiative in comparison to what you've ordered, with the hope that you'll agree to do an exchange for other poorly made items rather than ask for your money back.”
“I ordered a swim suit in February 2025, to date I have not received my order. I had paid an additional $29.99 to expedite shipping. I started asking questions the day it was supposed to arrive, I was told repeatedly they were reaching out to the shipping and sending it right away. In the meantime, my cc was compromised, my bank suspects the Modlily order. I would say my bank is correct, I have not received the order nor a refund.”
“Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Bikini I ordered showed the top had a clip on back it arrived with no clip and was too tight to put on without it. Complained the sent replacement top which was the same with no clip. They stated the pictures were incorrect and would not refund me the amount I paid but would give me 35% store credit or 20% refund if I returned faulty product. Not happy and will never purchase from them again.”

Please be aware if you exchange an item first and it is still not fit for purpose, you cannot get your money back on your second item
