“If I could give it a zero, I would. I ordered 4 shirts in Sept. 2024. I am STILL trying to get my money back. I placed an order and received the message "credit card could not be processed", so I used another card. I received the same message. At that point, I decided to just forget the order. The next day, BOTH credit cards were charged and I received a double order. It took over a month to get Modlily to credit my credit card after I repeatedly told them I did not want store credit. Now, 14 months later, I am still fighting to get my shipping charges refunded. It was your mistake, not mine that led to me having to return the second order. I am so frustrated and mad at how little your company values its customers. I will never shop there again.”

“I placed an order and it took almost two months to arrive. The clothes are cheaply made, cheap polyester material and look nothing like they do online and the sleeves were way too long, so the cut was way off for my size.
When I returned two of the items I ordered, 50% of what I paid was refunded in my account to use for a future order.
I had to contact customer service to request that this refund be applied to my CC. I paid $34.98 for each item I returned and I'm only getting back $47.71 in total, due to original shipping and insurance fees that are non refundable.
I will never order from this company again. Don't make the same mistake I made and order elsewhere.”
“Do not order from them. It took 3 1/2 months to get my refund!! After 2 months they wanted to give me a credit and when I said no they took another month and a half to refund me. Also be aware that Visa charged an out of country fee on your credit card for buying from them. The fee is non refundable when you return the items!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered some black cover up pants and a white cover up dress. I did not like the pants and after spending a long time on the website trying to figure out how to return them, finally received a label to download. The dress had a very large stain on it. They told me not to bother returning it and that they would send me a new one. Based on this, I returned the pants only. I then received an email saying the dress was out of stock and to return it — AT MY OWN EXPENSE - for a credit to my non existent Modlily account. I said I wanted a refund and they are refusing to give me one, even thought the item I received was defective. They have now sent me an email saying the pants I returned were not in an acceptable condition and had to be destroyed and will not refund me. I returned them immediately, in their original packaging. This is a HORRIBLE company. Indian owned. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!”

“I ordered 4 dresses in the middle of June. One came quickly. The other three didn't arrive until the first of August. I returned the first one just before the 30 day deadline. I checked "Refund", however it defaults to store credit. As soon as I received the other 3 in August, I tried them on and returned 2 the next day. I used the chat many times about the original shipping and return statuses. Each chat gave different information or quoted long processing windows, like 10-20 days for the refund to show up on my card. I finally received my refund today after stating if the refund was not posted to my card I would be contesting the charges to my credit card company.”
