I ordered 4 dresses in the middle of June. One came quickly. The other three didn't arrive until the first of August. I returned the first one just before the 30 day deadline. I checked "Refund", however it defaults to store credit. As soon as I received the other 3 in August, I tried them on and returned 2 the next day. I used the chat many times about the original shipping and return statuses. Each chat gave different information or quoted long processing windows, like 10-20 days for the refund to show up on my card. I finally received my refund today after stating if the refund was not posted to my card I would be contesting the charges to my credit card company.
