“First, the items came later than expected so not in time for my trip. The fit was too small and the quality poor. When I chatted with the agent to return the items they kept trying to get me to keep them and get a coupon on the next order. I repeatedly said no, that I wanted my money back. They finally agreed and sent me a return label. The email from them gave the expected amount of return and $0.00 return fee. At first, they tried to give me store credit (after I contacted them 2 weeks later). I said I wanted my money back (again!). They gave me most of the money minus $15. I had to fight with them every day that I expected the full amount back since that was agreed upon with the original again. They would not give me that $15 back but put it on my account as credit. No fricking way will I use them again!”
“I ordered 6 items for a vacation, I made sure to pay attention to what was available and in stock so that I could use the expedited shipping option which I paid for. My items were "guaranteed" to arrive between March 18-25 but it is April 1st and still I have not received any of my items. I reached out on 4 different occasions and was given the same response every time "your items have now been marked priority". Considering I paid for expedited shipping I would think it should have been "marked priority" from the moment I placed the order. When I finally did get a legitimate response to my complaint via email I was again told that my order has now been marked priority and that I would be given a $3 credit toward my next purchase. Is that a joke??? What is $3 going to do and why would I ever use this company again after they did not honor their own guarantee to deliver my purchase. Horrible experience, I will not use this company again and I will definitely warn people against it!”
“I ordered 5 different bathing suit tops and bottoms. Cute styles. Great prices. They look exactly like the photos on the website. However....you get what you pay for. The quality is poor. The fabric is flimsy. They don't have a lining to prevent them from being see-through. Also, I learned later that two items would be shipped about a week after the first package. An email telling me this would have been nice. I cancelled those items.”
“These folks are scammers. I too, like most on here, ordered bathing suits that said you'd receive 7 to 10 days. It's been 5 weeks and I haven't seen them yet. I've asked for my money back and they offered 25% store credit. I said no but they still haven't returned any money nor have I received a delivery. Today their website appears to be down. Hopefully not for good and I still have a chance at getting my money back. Please...stay away. Try Cupshe!”
“I ordered 3 bathing suits for my wife a month ago and have yet to receive the order. When I tracked the package it says it’s in New Jersey but when I contacted Modlily they state the shipping system hasn’t updated and that the package is in Texas and is on the way. At this point I feel I have just been scammed.”

I no longer needed it because my vacation was over and when I returned it, they charged me $10 to return it. They should have told me it was going to be over a month before the merchandise was delivered when I placed the order they even sent me an email promising it was gonna arrive on February 17 and it didn’t arrive until March 16”

When I returned two of the items to exchange for two that would be more flattering on me, I had to pay more even though the exchange items were the same price. So, you lose the free item if you want to exchange. Then I had to call to ask where my exchange items were when I still hadn’t received them. They hadn’t even been sent after waiting for weeks. I will never do business with this company again.”

“Modlily and sites like them offer clothing items that often look well-made and flattering on their website but are actually made with synthetic materials and lack even the simplest detailing, like a hem, to give clothing a finished look. Then, when you dare to return the items they charge a shipping fee, which is usually substantiative in comparison to what you've ordered, with the hope that you'll agree to do an exchange for other poorly made items rather than ask for your money back.”
“I ordered a swim suit in February 2025, to date I have not received my order. I had paid an additional $29.99 to expedite shipping. I started asking questions the day it was supposed to arrive, I was told repeatedly they were reaching out to the shipping and sending it right away. In the meantime, my cc was compromised, my bank suspects the Modlily order. I would say my bank is correct, I have not received the order nor a refund.”
“Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Bikini I ordered showed the top had a clip on back it arrived with no clip and was too tight to put on without it. Complained the sent replacement top which was the same with no clip. They stated the pictures were incorrect and would not refund me the amount I paid but would give me 35% store credit or 20% refund if I returned faulty product. Not happy and will never purchase from them again.”

“As told the item couldn’t be delivered because the location was not accessible. It was very hard to communicate with company. The tracking number also kept changing. I never received the order. Finally communicated with someone but I got credit for their company not my credit card. My credit company is looking into it.”
