“I ordered five (5) swimsuits in mid January 2025.
I received one (1) of the swimsuits
The other 4 swimsuits have been saying 'in process' since January.
I've emailed them 3 different times with no response.”
“I wouldn't even give this a rating of 1 star! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have contacted the company numerous times on different dates by completing a ticket about the shirts I returned and never get a response. I included my order number and everything was returned in its original bag with all the tags on. I got them for Christmas and returned them by Dec. 27th.
The pictures were very deceiving and the quality of the material was thin and cheap!

“They sent me the wrong item and I returned it in exchange for the correct item. Then they informed me it was out of stock ( still shows the item on line) Refused to give me a full refund. They charged me a usage fee and shipping fees. Basically stole my money”

“Too bad you don't have a zero review available. After waiting several weeks my order shows cancelled. For no reason. I tried contacting Modlily several times and go no responses. Then out of the blue my order shows "cancelled" with no explanation. When I finally got ahold of their customer after about 20 tries all they said way "sorry". I paid via Klarna and they said Modlily never contacted them that the order had been cancelled and the only way Klarna can give me a refund is if Modliy contacts them.”
“My first order I got charged for both items in a buy one get one free offer . They refused to give me a refund , credit voucher only. I then tried to return my items because they all stank of cigarette smoke and they again said I could have 35% credit voucher or 20% back to my payment method!I felt I had no choice but to accept the 35% voucher for faulty goods and bought more items . All turned out to be cheap and tacky and nothing like the photos . AVOID these SCAMMERS. They sell shoddy cheap tacky goods and refuse to give your money back even for faulty goods”
“Horrific company!! Bought a swimsuit, it fit but the sewing was awful. I returned it according to their guidelines, after finally getting a shipping label. They charged even though it says first returns labels are free. Two months and 11 emails later I received half of my purchase price. It was pending in my bank and then they rescinded the amount and took it back. I have since never gotten a refund. But they have the swimsuit. !! Buyer beware read the RETURN reviews.”
“I ordered 3 swimsuits and I need to return them as they are not fitting and I don’t want a new size. The proportions are not going to work for me. I emailed them 5 times with no response. I would not recommend this company as their customer service is non-existent.”
“I bought a swimsuit, then returned it for multiple reasons. They did not want to return my money. They just wanted to put it in a store account. When their service and their product is so poor, I would never order from them again so I am trying to get my refund put back into my debit account, which has been one excuse after another. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.”

“Modlily will not get your items delivered on time, will not do you right when you complain, and will make deceptive statements along the way. I ordered clothes for my wife as a Christmas gift on 12-01-2024. The promised shipping date was "Earliest Dec 02, 2024" and "Latest Dec 04, 2024." The promised delivery date was "Earliest Dec 09, 2024" and "Latest Dec 16, 2024." The USPS did not receive the items until Jan 2, 2025, and I did not receive it until Jan 6, 2025. Terrible! But the deception goes beyond missed shipping and delivery dates. From the order date 12-01-24 to the date the USPS actually received the item on Jan 2, 2025, the Modlily website showed "Arrived shipping partner facility" a total of 20 times. When I contacted them multiple times during this period, stated I needed the gift before Christmas, and shared I thought it was lost, they would screenshot the latest "arrival" message on their website and claim it was on the way. Of course over time, I realized this is all planned on their part and there is no truth to it. Further, when I informed them that it was way past their due date and I had to buy another gift, they ignored my multiple requests for a refund and once again screenshot the latest "arrived at shipping partner facility" to indicate it was coming soon. They issue these "arrived" messages to make you think it is moving when it is not. Listen, save yourself the headache and disappointment because now you know this is a deceptive company that will not do you right. In dealing with them, it was clear that this was not a one-time past due issue. It was systemic deception. STAY AWAY! I don't have time to review stuff like this, but if I can just help keep this from happening to you the reader, then it is worth it.”
“They have beautiful clothes that fit and are quality. However I believe they are a Chinese company and I finally figured b out that when I ordered from them.my card # got stolen.”
“Shipping times not as described. I paid for express shipping, which stated thee order would be shipped within 3 days. When I inquired 10 days later, the item still was not shipped! They have my extra $15.99 for expedited shipping but are not sending it any faster than regular shipping. I don’t know when, or if, I will receive the item. Very deceptive company!”
“Terrible company. Nothing but a scam. Ordered 2 swimsuits returned one they said I received credit which I never did . Never received second suit out $71.00 . Tried numerous times no reply or they repeat the same thing over & over again. Don’t no how they got away with stealing my money even though I sent numerous copies of transactions to my bank.”
“Everything is wrong. Went to review my order and was showing nothing in orders placed. Emailed them January 8 and am still trying to see my order. They said it will be sent but I noticed that they have a very old, voided email of mine (have no idea how they got that) and I've asked them to change it at least 4 times and they say they will but never do. There is no way to see what you ordered and there is no confirmation email to verify your order but they sure charge your credit card fast! Wat to many chats and apparently they can't see all your previous chats so you have to repeat everything! Finally they sent 1 out of 5 suits to me and....guess what. Wrong suit bottom and the halter top had the attachments on the under side of the bra. It was sown in upside down. So I'm still fighting with them about that in addition to when the other 4 suits will come. Ugh...I'm so tired of this company!
