My item never shipped. I kept getting emails stating my items was shipped and I would get a tracking number within 24 hours. Never happened. Customer service just told me to be "patient" and promised expedited shipping upgrade, "1-3 days". That never happened either. Even though my order was not shipped, they refused to cancel my order stating it was "processing". It's been "processing for weeks now". I even purchased the extra "shipping guarantee" as well What a joke. I am disputing the charges now with my credit card company.
