Modlily advertised "Buy 3 get 1 free", so I took the bait and ordered 4 swimsuits on July 6. My PayPal was immediately charged, which should have been a red flag since most reputable companies won't charge you until your order ships. On July 16, I received one swimsuit (I ordered 4). I frequently checked the website to see when the remaining 3 pieces would ship, and messaged customer service several times. I was told the items would be shipped by July 22 and delivered no later than August 1. July 22 passes and still no tracking info. Then I receive an email that one of the pieces I was waiting for was now "out of stock" and that i was issued a store credit. (This means i would now receive only 3 swimsuits, rather than 4, for the same price - SCAM.) Again i contacted customer service (online chat) which has some definite communication deficiencies to say the least. I requested a refund to my paypal rather than a store credit. Fast forward, on July 30 the remaining items still had not shipped and my PayPal account still had not been credited so I canceled the order and again requested a refund to my PayPal. I was told there would be a fee for a return shipping label...?? I explained i did not need a shipping label as there was nothing to return. The next morning after I canceled the order and requested a refund, they finally shipped the remaining items, presumably so that they can now charge me for a return shipping label. I think "Buy 3 get 1 free" is a complete scam to get you to pay full price. The 4th "free" item conveniently becomes "out of stock". I am still working on my refund. BUYER BEWARE.
