I ordered four sweaters on November 23Rd, as of today, December 17th. The website does not even show my three items as processing. I have spoke to customer service twice with the same answer they will urge my package to be sent to me. I asked for a refund for the three remaining items since they were Christmas presents and they will not be here in time for Christmas. Neither customer service rep could answer my questions about the refund or when exactly my items will be shipped. The only answer they could give me was soon. The first customer service rep said that they I would be receiving an email within 24 hours regarding my request for a refund one week later I still don’t have the email. When I called today, the customer service rep said that I would get a response to my email within 12 hours, and shocker. I haven’t gotten the email, I am very upset and will never order from this company again! So, if you have a timeframe that you need items shipped, please beware that you’re not gonna get them in time.
