I had some items that I ordered for a trip and have received half of it. The other half was suppose to be to me by May 3. I have contacted them MANY times and thru the chat they keep saying I will have it in a few days but it hasn’t even shipped. I’ve emailed and submitted multiple tickets but no one will get back with me. Please help!
