I purchased three dresses for a very special occasion. They came and they were too long the day they arrived. I tried them on they were really pretty but like I said too long. So I put in the request to return. I put them back in the bags and I packaged them and got them ready for return. I put them in the mailbox the next day and sent them. Modlily received them and said that I would not get a refund on one of the dresses due to a peculiar odor. I don't understand how one dress can have a peculiar odor and the other two didn't very disappointed. And no, I do not want a $10 coupon to buy anything else! I knew I should have went with my gut feeling when I ordered the dresses. Lesson learned.
