My order placed on 6/15/2024 has not arrived. Attempts to contact company to get answers has been awful.,Now you want me to pay $1.00 (supposedly refundable)to communicate with tech support. NO company who has been paid for a product should require payment to inform customer of order disposition. I will NEVER order from this company again and will inform others of the DANGERS of using this company.
