Impossible to return item for full refund if at all. I wish I had read the reviews on this website before believing their advertising “free returns.” This has happened to me before with another named company. The packaging and inability to return were the same. Both were Chinese companies. Be more careful than I have been. Read the fine print and beware there may be one scammer going under different named companies.
