I have ordered from here before with no problem. Ordered 2 items in early Dec. for Christmas. Received one of the items but not the second. Customer service non existent! Keep getting the same run around with their online chat. They are absolutely no help at all. No way to get a refund on what is obviously a lost item. Will never order from here again!!
