I ordered 5 items late December. I received one but not the other 4.I got on a live chat that said it had been received in the US. I showed them a screenshot where it was “supposedly”received near Chicago IL on January 4th. It is February 13th and I live in Des Moines, IA. about 4 hours from Chicago. Then they said it must have gotten. Guessing by the update on USPS, it never made it there. Anyway i asked for a refund in 2 to 5 days. Keeping my fingers crossed. Sorry for the long me message
