I ordered 3 items at the end of Jan. I paid for expedited shipping. Although I was immediately charged for the items, I have not received them over a month later. Customer service is a standard "joke" reply..... "You must be disappointed" "Please allow 2 more business days" How many times can you say that? I tried to cancel the order but they said it couldn't be cancelled. I have filed a dispute with my bank. Don't know that I will ever get the items or the money back. Will never order from them again.
