I placed an order for a buy three get one free. When I returned two of the items to exchange for two that would be more flattering on me, I had to pay more even though the exchange items were the same price. So, you lose the free item if you want to exchange. Then I had to call to ask where my exchange items were when I still hadn’t received them. They hadn’t even been sent after waiting for weeks. I will never do business with this company again.
