I ordered 6 items for a vacation, I made sure to pay attention to what was available and in stock so that I could use the expedited shipping option which I paid for. My items were "guaranteed" to arrive between March 18-25 but it is April 1st and still I have not received any of my items. I reached out on 4 different occasions and was given the same response every time "your items have now been marked priority". Considering I paid for expedited shipping I would think it should have been "marked priority" from the moment I placed the order. When I finally did get a legitimate response to my complaint via email I was again told that my order has now been marked priority and that I would be given a $3 credit toward my next purchase. Is that a joke??? What is $3 going to do and why would I ever use this company again after they did not honor their own guarantee to deliver my purchase. Horrible experience, I will not use this company again and I will definitely warn people against it!
