I made a mistake when ordering the 3 piece sweat outfit. Not sure if it was my error or theirs. But mistakes happen but how you correct it makes all the difference. I did not have to fight or argue - they just wanted me to be happy. And I am very happy! The customer service I received went over and above what they needed to do. I will feel confident ordering in the future.
