I didn’t receive my order so tried to cancel and was assured they would cancel my order in “24 hours.” I was told this 3 days in a row, and then I determined they were lying about cancelling. The sole purpose of the chat function is to say whatever they need to, to get you off the line and not refund your money. I was offered all sorts of credits on future orders, and when I denied them, I was told they would cancel but of course they didn’t. I had to cancel the order through my credit card company. Never order from them!!
