I ordered 4 swimsuits 5 weeks ago. After checking order numerous times and it constantly saying order was processing, I did an online chat with ‘representative’. She assured me my order was ready to be expedited shipped and I’d receive an email with tracking number. I’ve yet to receive the email and no one answers my online chat. I’m going to have my credit card company issue a charge back for the full amount. Worst customer service and company I’ve ever dealt with. Yet they continue to flood Facebook with advertisements and sales.
