I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order with Modlily over a month ago, paying $75.96 for two bathing suits that were clearly advertised as arriving well before the date of an event I needed them for. Not only did the items fail to arrive on time, they still haven't arrived — six days past the expected delivery window. What’s worse? Modlily is now dragging their feet about issuing a refund. Instead of simply doing the right thing, they’re trying to force me to accept a store credit — for a store I have zero intention of ever using again. I didn't get what I paid for, the event has come and gone, and now I'm stuck with a $75.96 charge and absolutely nothing to show for it. They did offer a new shipping date - 6-19, NOT HELPFUL! This company is unreliable, deceptive, and unprofessional. If you value your money or your time, avoid Modlily at all costs. There are far more reputable retailers out there who actually respect their customers and stand behind their service.
