Ad misleading - does not state must be same item to get 4th free. Immediately contacted via chat to cancel when order did not reflect 4th item free - was told refund would post 5-7 days. Contacted them almost daily since then via chat & email - same response "give me a moment to review" - going on 3 weeks - still no refund-- gave company the option to credit account- now filed with directly with card company to dispute..
