I ordered 5 weeks before I was leaving for a trip. Got a notification that my package was delivered, it was not, the photo was of a delivery guy holding my package in his truck. I called the delivery company and they verified the picture was not a delivery to my house. I called Modlily and they told me they would resend. The replacement never arrived. I contacted them again and they said they would get back to me with me, crickets. Contacted them again and they told me that too much time had passed without notification. What????? Never again.
