Paid a first class ticket to fly in the hold of a low cost!! So disappointing. First clean was £200 and result was appalling.
Cleaners consistently arriving late, breaking things, missing very obvious things (like food on the floor next to my baby high chair!!), disturbing my husband on work calls and so on (all of this in 3 visits only!). All topped with an attitude. Manager not even interested to know why we decided to stop our contract...
