I very much value continuity and am lucky in that the same two Mollymaids have been keeping my home clean for years.
These two ladies are conscientious, helpful and reliable. They phone to let me know when they are arriving and when they are delayed. They are always cheerful, even at the end of a particularly long day and terrible traffic.
I really don't see how their service could be improved.
