The job is done efficiently and reliably and the staff are pleasant and friendly. It is good that they bring their own materials and equipment as this takes even that responsibility off me. I know we can trust them.
Occasionally we have staff who have not been to the house before and seem unsure but this can be quickly resolved provided that I'm there. Name badges would help me remember them.
