It is very helpful to have the same team (who know us) and a reliable time that they arrive. In the vast majority of visits the work is done to a good standard and on the occasions when something has not been done to my satisfaction, the response I have had from Emma in the office has been quick and entirely appropriate, whether it is a reduction in the price or a return to do the job properly. We have been with Molly Maids for many years now and see no reason to change.
