We did have a regular team of the same 2 ladies, then for several weeks different teams came and each time the service was varied, sometimes one team would do one thing and then the next time another team did some other area of cleaning, so gaps could happen in what we expected. However, we now have the continuous service of a regular team of very pleasant and willing ladies who know what we require and therefore we are very content.
