We are very grateful for the Molly Maids and receive a professional service. Our only other comment is that on two occasions (one a number of weeks ago) and the second yesterday, there has been a breakage. Both times an apology note has been left and on the first occasion an offer for reimbursement. The first time the handle of a handmade ceramic teapot was broken which I have repaired myself. Yesterday it was the vase on our kitchen island which has been quite a feature. I shall need to replace this though it will be impossible to find a replicate. I intend leaving the receipt for the replacement for the maids to pick up next time for me to be reimbursed if that's OK.
