The team is always polite and respectful. Sometimes they have issues with timing, but usually let us know where they are and their E.T.A. It is a benefit to have at least one person who is familiar with the house and our requirements. This is usually provided. From the start of our contract there has been one lead cleaner who takes a pride in her work, liaises with us and supervises the other members of the team.
The standard of cleaning is generally thorough.
