It has taken a very long time to keep to the promised hours - and it still doesn't always happen - and at last there seems to be consistency in the 'girls' who come.
They are always very friendly and willing but never complete the full hour for which I am paying a very expensive £48.00 I would, however, appreciate a little more attention to detail, e.g. more careful dusting of ornaments. Doing this might mean that they would work the full hour!
But on the whole I am satisfied with the service provided.
