Yesterday while tidying one of my bedrooms I found rubbish on the floor under the curtain that had been there since Christmas I also felt the need to wash the floor in the hall, which is really disappointing when we had been on holiday for a week and the cleaners had supposedly cleaned the house while we had been away.
I will now be cancelling your cleaning service as this is not the first time I have needed to complain, in fact it's the 4th time.
