To date this is the third clean, first and third were excellent, second would only deserve 3 stars, mainly due to time keeping and rather slip shod upstairs cleaning.
However one has to appreciate the difficulties of staff turnover and also recruitment problems in this service industry. So over-all sufficiently satisfied to continue with Molly Maid.
