The ladies are fantastic, they really listen to what you want instead of telling you what they are prepared to do! They quote on your wants and go out of their way to meet your needs. The cleans are fantastic, they get into every nook and cranny and it's a delight to come home to a clean flat and not have to do it myself. I can even leave notes out for my cleaners to do areas I think I need doing with extra attention, and they welcome feedback rather than shying away or getting defensive. They are all genuinely lovely to deal with
