The first session was a fantastic change to the downstairs of our home and we were very pleased with the two ladies who worked very hard in the heat to do their work. Unfortunately, yesterday (2nd visit) I was working in my outside office with a client when two ladies arrived and no one else was in the home, I let them in and was told they were only working for one hour and in the main it is as the first session, but the Kitchen and Utility sinks were not as clean as expected and they did not have to do the large guest room this week. We were also away for a week so the home was not very untidy or messy. As the older lady brought a younger lady, we wonder if she was in training and so had not managed to do the work in the time. We would also like a regular time given for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday Mornings which are more suitable, because we can then plan to be available should the cleaner need us. They do make their own tea/coffee break so maybe in an hour I should not offer this. Thank you for your attention. Karen & Angus Gunn.
