Two calls, both late, first time 35 min, no warning, second time 55 min no warning or apology given. Called office to enquire about this, no-call back no explanation.
Cleaning not properly done, visible shelves and windowsills not dusted or cleaned. very poor standard of cleaning.
Staff member just complains that not enough time to do proper cleaning.
