Tenants of my house arranged for the kitchen and bathrooms to be cleaned at the end of the tenancy. When I arrived at the house I was mortified to find that the cooker and shower had been ruined.
The chrome had been damaged by cleaning products and will cost me to replace the complete shower enclosure. When I telephoned the Sheffield office, the lady was very unhelpful and defensive.
I would advise to stay clear of this company.
