Service and products are everything. I love this store. So far we have 2 wool dog beds with covers, 2 blankets, a crate cover and a crate pad, all of them are impeccable. I find myself using the dog bed as a floor pillow sometimes, they're so comfortable. I can't say enough about the blankets either.
