Great customer service, including answering questions before my purchase. The mesh stuffer and the covers look durable and are of good quality. I think they'll hold up well for my scratching greyhound. I was excited about stuffing the bed with old clothes, but my greyhound doesn't seem to think it's soft enough. We'll probably get some memory foam stuffing.
