These folks are consistently a five star act! The customer service is always friendly and helpful (why sometimes I feel like calling just to chat😂), and the product is high-quality and unique. The last wool filled crate pad I got was a size humongous for me. My dog looks so cozy and comfy on hers that I had to have one for myself! So now I power nap on my own dream pad and it’s like snoozing on a cloud.
