Web site descriptions are spot on and the product is of great quality. I was originally mailed someone else's order but customer service was very prompt to correct this and send me the correct one with a pre-paid envelope to return the incorrect item.
I got the crib mattress cover and the dog bed deodorizing spray, which has worked wonders in between washings for our stinky pup that suffers from allergies with his skin.
