I had a delay in receiving my order due to FedEx, not Molly Mutt. When I called to get support and more information, the person I spoke with could not have been any nicer. He was able to give me more information about tracking and offered helpful suggestions. My order arrived a day or two later and we are so happy with the couch cover we ordered. Quality product and great customer service!
