I ordered a couch cover that never fit or looked quite right. I was planning to send it back for a refund (until one of my dogs chewed a hole in it), but the Molly Mutt folks offered to repair the cover and make some other revisions, so I sent it back. I am very pleased with the result! The cover fits nicely and is quite sturdy and good looking. I cannot say enough about how wonderful these folks were to deal with — excellent customer service and product!
