Customer service was so helpful on my recent order. Charles even went through the stockroom to find the duvet cover in the color I wanted . These duvet covers are not just beautiful (especially if you get the name embroidered and I chose the crown embroidery next to the name which is so cute!), but these duvet covers are so durable wash after wash. I have purchased 4 of the med/lg duvet covers,3 liners to protect the mattresses for 3 beds, 2 of the car seat covers for an SUV which are cute, durable and functional, and the all natural Fresh dog bed deodorizer which works great and has a light fresh scent.
