I love the product quality. The bed is a great size and very durable and I love that everything about the bed is washable. I’m not in love with the pillow pack, it doesn’t stay on the bed and is a constant hassle. I feel like the pillow pack was a waste of money. There’s got to be a better way to make it stay on the bed. The shipping was timely and well packaged. I love the scent of the bed refresher.
