No only do I love Molly Mutt's products, but I can't speak highly enough about their customer service. I've purchased 2 crate covers and 2 collars now, and every time I've relied on their customer service when I reached out to ensure I was ordering the correct crate cover sizes, and then I received a collar different than the one I ordered. High quality products, awesome customer service - highly recommended!
