We ordered three beds for second day. When they didn’t arrive we called customer service and they owned the problem,apologized,refunded our shipping costs and got us our product the next day, turning a potentially poor review to become an excellent review. Mistakes happen, it how they are corrected that matters and MollyMutt puts the customer first.
Beds are excellent and our dogs love them.
