I had an issue with my order and I easily has an online chat to figure out what I had done. I called the company and A PERSON picked up on the first ring. He help me fixed my order to the correct size and explain what else I would need to exchange. Also the quality of their items are excellent by far the best quality pet items around. With the piping and the gussets on the dog beds I keep thinking of my mother words....it’s like this are made to last. THANKS MOLLYMUTT !!!
