What a waste of time and money. Firstly they couldn’t find a garage that could do the work. This was after weeks of going backwards and forward. Eventually found a garage myself that could do the work. To be told all the way along the part was covered by the warranty. To be told at the end it wasn’t covered as the engine failure was due to wear and tear. I would not recommend this company at all. This was the second claim we had tried to submit over the last two years.
