Well, not only do they NOT honour an absolutely genuine claim, when anyone leaves a review they commence additional "Delay tactics" by replying with absolute B.S...
They say " please forward your details including your product / policy reference and we'll look into the issue(s) for you......🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
I followed their request by emailing the required details to their customer services department whereupon I received quite a prompt response saying my details have been passed on to the correct department and that "They" WILL respond within 5 business days...
That email was dated the 20th of August 2024 and so, I'm still waiting somewhat LONGER than FIVE BUSINESS DAYS.
