After six months I am still waiting for my tax free lump sum. So far the charges for removing MY money stand at over £800 and the actual fund has lost over 4% of its value in just over 14 months due mainly to the extortionate charges. Every time I am assured I will receive my money I hear nothing and when I chase them for it I am informed of another £300 or £400 charge.
I do not entirely blame Momentum as my financial advisor should have been aware of the extortionate costs before investing my money.
